Commercial Mortgages through Shawbrook Bank are available as follows:
- Applicants – Sole Trader, Individuals, Partnerships and UK Limited Companies
- Loan Size – Minimum £75,000 up to a Maximum of £2,500,000.
- Purpose – Purchase of property, transfer of equity, refinance or capital raising
- Security –
- First Legal charge over acceptable Freehold or Long Leasehold (Minimum 55 years remaining at term expiry)
- Personal guarantees of directors with more than 20% shareholding
- Keyman life/critical illness may be required
- Additional security acceptable
The property put forward as security must be in either England, Scotland or Wales.

- Offices
- Modern Industrial/warehouse units
- Modern factory units
- Retail units with or without living accommodation
- Repair garages
- Investment Properties
- Hotels, guesthouses, bed and breakfast with more than 6 letting rooms or with a restaurant/bar
- Public House
- Purpose built restaurant or restaurant units with letting rooms
